For many years, I prayed and believed God for outstanding miracles concerning my job. I went for some interviews without result. Sometime back, I mentioned it to my pastor who advised me to keep busy with other business that I will secure a good job at the right time. I always sowed my seeds believing God’s word. Last year, I submitted an application to the federal Establishment after they advertised on my profession; they later called for an interview in May this year. Before the date of the same interview, I met an old classmate who works in the same place and she assured me that my profession was urgently needed. I came to church the following Sunday full of expectation to hear a word concerning my situation and it came to pass as my pastor was ministering, full of the anointing, she told us that we need to organize a corporate prayer and fasting as a church towards our promotion, speed, and to remove any delay in Jesus name. That was the word I needed; so I ‘lambanoed’ it and participated wholeheartedly in the prayer and fasting and quickly sowed my seed. The following week, I received a call that I should come with my original credentials. When I got to the office, the head of the department told me that the chief medical director needed my attention. We went to his office and after going through my credentials, he commented on my application letter that I should be given an immediate appointment. It was like a dream to me! Two days later, I collected my appointment letter and resumed work as a staff of the federal republic of Nigeria, without interview or anything attached. God has made me a wonder to my world as people wonder how I made it. If you are just like me, believe me  there is hope for you, it doesn’t matter the situation you are facing right now all you need do is to believe on God’s word. God’s word has the final say.

Why did Jesus Come?

The thief cometh not but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly” john 10:10

Why did Jesus come? You know Jesus came into the world to do something special, but not many understand why he came. He didn’t come to start a new religion. He didn’t come to be one of the religious leaders; neither did he come to the earth as a prophet. Someone said, he came to die for us, well that true, but his dying was a means to an end. He didn’t come just because he wanted to die for us; he died for us to achieve his aim of coming. Some others, he came to forgive us our sins; no, that was also a means to an end. Some still go further to say, he came so that he could help us get to heaven. Making it possible to get to heaven is also a result of his coming, but that’s not why he came. So why did Jesus come?

   Life in its fullness…..

Jesus stated very clearly the purpose of his coming in john 10:10. He said, the thief cometh not but to steal, and kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. He didn’t say I came to die or forgive men for their sins. He said I am come that they might have life and have it to the full. Having life more abundantly means having life to the full; life in its entirety and completeness. In saying life in its fullness, Jesus used the same term he used when he said in john 5:26, for as the father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the son to have life in himself. This means God gave Jesus life in himself in the same measure that God had life in himself, which is actually immeasurable. He granted Jesus the ability to have inherent life in himself. Jesus didn’t need any more life from God; he had life as God had life. That’s big!

In reality however, God cannot have life because he is life himself, but Jesus said that so he could appeal to the human understanding of those he was addressing at the time. And so he said, I am the way the truth and the life” john 14:6.he didn’t say, I have life, he said I am life. And now he says I am come that they might have life and that they might have it to the full. Do you know what it is to have life to the full? All over the world, not too many have gotten a hold of or fully comprehended what this life means. Many live a life that is far lower than the life the son of God brought to us. Eternal life is not a life that just goes on and on and never ends. Eternal life is the very life of Almighty God. It’d the life that makes God who he is. The Greek is Zoë and it means the God kind of life. This life is absolutely indestructible, and this is the life that Jesus brought to us. Hallelujah.

The nature Zoe……..

Every living thing or creature is born with a specific kind of life. That life governs its nature and determines its abilities and its limitations. Plants have a particular kind of life that is distinct to them. In the same vein, animals have their own type of life, and in addition, various kinds of animals have life characteristics that are distinct to them. For example, cats do not bark, so it would be completely unnatural to see a cat barking. This is because barking is not consistent with the nature of a cat Zoe, the God kind of life, and this life has its nature and characteristic functions. Eternal life Zoe, which is the life of God, is life that transcends the ordinary human life. If you are born again, you have Zoe, the life that Jesus brought to us.

You must be prosperity conscious

God has given you everything you’ll ever need to live in perpetual prosperity. He has already made adequate plans for you to live successfully and victoriously every day. According to the bible, he has given us everything we require for both life and godly living (2 peter 1:3). That means you can be as rich as you desire. All you need is to know everything that has been provided for you in Christ through the word.

   There are those who specialize in reminding others of their financial limitations. “You know you can’t afford to give so much. You know we are poor,” they say. Devoid of spiritual understanding, they teach and preach against prosperity. You must avoid such doctrines.

  The lord Jesus never told us Christians to work our way to prosperity. Our prosperity actually began when we accepted him into our hearts. According to 2 Corinthians 8:9, he has already made you rich. If you’re not yet enjoying your wealth it’s because you’ve not yet renewed your mind (Romans 12:2; you’re not yet conscious of your prosperity in Christ Jesus. You need to keep your focus on what God says and disregard every contrary information. You’re “the blessed of the lord” and he has made you the head and not the tail (Deuteronomy 28:13).promotion belongs to you. You’re more than a conqueror irrespective of the circumstances (Roman 8:37).

Colossians 3:16 says, “let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom…..”This is what you need to do in order to build a new consciousness in your spirit. Think prosperity, not lack; speak wealth, not poverty. It makes no difference how deep and dark the dungeon is, like Joseph, you’ll surely come out a success. Remember job 22:29; “when men are cast down, then thou shalt say, there is lifting up; and he shall save the humble person.”
